New Patients

We encourage new patients to make double appointments due to the need to collect relevant information about your medical history and to arrange for any old records to be transferred from your previous medical centre if applicable. Please bring in a valid GP referral letter to the appointment.

Please attend our clinic at least 10 minutes prior to the appointment to allow for completion of registration forms.

Waiting time

We understand that your time is precious and our doctors strive to keep waiting times to a minimum. Unexpected delays and emergencies in consultation are sometimes unavoidable, and the reception staff will advise you on arrival if prolonged waiting times are expected.

Cancellation and rescheduled

It is much appreciated that in the event of cancellation or re-schedule of the appointment, patients can kindly notify us as soon as possible so that the vacant time slot can be passed on to other patients on the waiting list.
